Does the shipping and billing address have to match?

Yes, please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are the same. The billing address entered must match the card used at checkout. If the addresses or names do not match; your order will be canceled.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing takes up 24 hours. Due to Covid-19 shipping times have be extended. Shipping take 3 to 6 days. We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All packages will require a signature confirmation. We do not ship to APO or P.O. boxes. Express shipping is also an option.

How do I receive a tracking number?

Your tracking number is automatically sent to your email or phone number that is provided during the time of checkout. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated.

Does RCH allow exchanges?

No, due to the nature of the products; All SALES ARE FINAL. Please note that the processing of your order starts as soon as you checkout. Please make sure all of your information is correct.

Does RCH allow returns?

Unless there is an error on our part which includes damage products or missing products, etc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you encounter any issues with your order please contact us within 48 hours. All items have to be returned before receiving a refund.
